Graphic Designer

Hello! We are Season 4, a New Jersey-based marketing agency that primarily operates the website ClassAction.org. We are looking for a talented graphics designer to join our growing team. You have a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to convey concepts through striking visuals. You believe that design has the power to inspire positive actions and have a passion for continuous learning.

Our ideal candidate must have:

• A bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design or a related field and at least two years of experience working within a team (not strictly in a freelance capacity)

• Formal understanding of graphic design fundamentals and illustration skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or similar graphic tools

• Familiar with designing social media ads and graphics for various social media platforms

• Willingness to learn new and related skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a big plus but optional.

• The ability to commute to our Warren, NJ offices two days a week

What you'll work on:

• Designing graphics, ad creatives, and illustrations

• Creating and updating graphics/illustrations on ClassAction.org

• Brainstorm with marketing team to design creatives and recommend new ideas

Salary: $50k - 65k
